Interaction
Close to the 2nd street shipwrecks with awesome snorkeling, kayaking, fishing etc. Walk to Goombays for steamed shrimp and a cold beer! Stop by Jolly Roger for a festive and delicious breakfast-best in town! Grocery stores and happy hour spots all just a couple of blocks away.
Space
The best part about the Pearl is she is all one level! The floor plan is great for a small family because it allows everyone to have their own space but all be close as well. One side of the house features a Queen bedroom that shares a full hall bathroom with the Twin bedroom. Between this and the other Queen master bedroom/bath, you will find TWO living areas, full kitchen with eat in bar and dining. You can relax with a good book on the couch while the kids watch TV in the other living space. Outside the house you will find an outdoor shower, garage with beach storage, spacious front patio with seating and a great spot for a morning cup of coffee.

The house was so comfortable
The house was so comfortable! We felt right at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location of the house is amazing! RIGHT across from beach access, close to grocery stores and restaraunt’s. We all loved the decor and loved the two sitting areas. The kids enjoyed one while the adults the other. The drive-way allowed for us to pull in and turn around so we didn’t need to back out onto Virginia Dare Road. The drive-way was large enough in the back for our grandson to safely enjoy his bicycle. The detached garage had a washer/dryer, another full-sized fridge/freezer, beach toys and wagon. This house would be perfect for a long stay. Loved it!!
