Interaction
We love our neighborhood! It is perfect for families, couples and everything in between. We are directly beside the Byrd Street Beach Access that has a crosswalk over to the beach and parking available as well. We are also a short walk to Rundown Cafe, which has the best oceanfront deck for happy hour and great food. Also super close to the Kitty Hawk Pier, Duck Donuts, High Cotton and Walgreens.

Guests are given a keyless code for check in, a few days prior to arrival. We have parking for 4 vehicles.

Our home is perfect for two families and has a comfortable open floor plan to accommodate. On the main level we have the living room with a large sectional, dining room with seating for 10, kitchen with bar seating for 3, full hall bath, bunk room with pyramid bunk (twin over full), another pyramid bunk room, queen master bedroom, large den with additional kitchen area and extra refrigerator, half bath and covered deck. Upstairs is a private King master with covered deck. Our laundry, pool area and outdoor shower are on the lower level. We also have a small side yard with a fence for your pup!

Cleaning & Linen
Cleaning is very important to us and we strive to make sure our cottage is cleaned to all our guests standards. We have enhanced our cleaning to include sanitizing high touch points regularly and providing our guests with cleaning products to wipe down surfaces during their stay. All bed linens and towels are washed and sanitized to the VRMA standards.
