Behind Ashley’s Espresso Parlour is Mom’s Sweet Shop, which is a retail store and an ice cream spot! Restaurants and shopping are also walkable in the Seagate North Shopping Center.

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we’ve arranged a personalized access code specifically for your stay. This code will grant you entry to the property starting at the exact check-in time and will remain valid until your check-out time.

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-refundable $75 Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
